Drive to De Hoop Nature Reserve

Meanwhile driving on the left side of the road seems like a natural thing. It took us about 4 hours to get to De Hoop Natural Reserve from Franschhoek (220km). On the way we made a wine purchase stop, lunch and a number of photo stops. The 45 km gravel road also slows you down. But it’s worth it, as the reserve lies in the middle of nowhere, far from civilization and offers you tranquillity and sounds of nature.
