Ostrich in the house

We were sitting on the porch and a family of ostriches joined us. We didn't mind. Female: brown colored feathers (better hiding in the feinbos vegetation while hatching) Male: black (the male sometimes takes his turn hatching in the night, so black is the better color to stay unseen by foes). A male ostrich can have many females.
