Franschhoek ( translates "French corner") - is a very beautiful wine area situated in a valley surrounded by mountains. We took a wine tour which goes for 7 hours. It was actually not only tram, but a combination of transport vehicles including a bus, a tram and a carriage pulled by a tractor. You are dropped off at several wine farms where you will have an hour for wine tasting or just wandering around.
